This past summer, I spent 12 weeks with Inroads Analytics in downtown Fishers, Indiana. My time with this company was spent writing scripts and organizing databases to help the sales team communicate up-to-date development to customers. From the first week I was there, I determined the company team was dedicated to their mission, and to the success of each other. Company morale was always high, and interactions between the team members were always pleasant and congenial. Having studied at Taylor University, it is easy for me to forget that not everyone around me holds the same beliefs or methods of handling different situations. However, Inroads Analytics was grown out of Taylor University, so this company was an enjoyable and valuable first step out into the real world. Choosing a company to work for over the summer can seem intimidating, but Inroads Analytics is a great place to witness what I learn about in my classes in action.
