Andrew Friesen (’22) has expanded his love for students from the mathematics classroom to the college campus in Boulder, Colorado. From his blog he shares, “College was a critical time in my faith. God used Christian community in my life and a book to help me profoundly encounter the love of God. Ever since that encounter, I experience deep joy from the Gospel. God then put it on my heart to help others encounter the love of Jesus. Despite graduating as an education major, I followed God’s prompting to go into full-time ministry. Thus, I joined Lifelines to use my passion for the outdoors to reach students for Christ.” (Andrew Friesen Lifelines) Ministry can take many forms – from the classroom, to the workplace, to the mountains of Colorado.
